Free 30 minute consultation
During your free 30 minute session we can discuss what coaching is and determine if coaching is the most appropriate solution for you and how you could best use if for your current goals. If it is we can discuss next steps and scheduling for a regular 50-minute session.
One on One Coaching
Bespoke coaching to individual leaders in person or via Zoom. The coach works with each client or team in blocks of four, or eight sessions
Group Coaching
Bespoke coaching to teams in person or via Zoom. The coach works with clients in blocks of four or eight sessions.
Laser Coaching
Supplementing regular coaching the client can also sign up for laser coaching sessions (15 minute tactical sessions exploring an immediate issue).
What coaching looks like
First, in our first 50 minute session we will focus on discovery and overall goal-setting. In this session we will build a roadmap to your objectives and will examine the best frequency for our meetings.
Then, in each subsequent session explore progress. We will look at ways forward, explore ways to navigate obstacles and looks at what is discovered in each session and what needs to be accomplished before the next session.
In our final session we will look at what was discovered overall in the coaching sessions and with heightened skills and awareness what new goals have been discovered and how to maintain the momentum, Finally, we will send a Coaching Progress Report (CPR) which explores the objectives, actions and accomplishments as well as discoveries.
And in between sessions the client can contact us by email or we can schedule a 15-minute laser-coaching session.
