As a Fulbright Senior Scholar in India, Les researched the contemplative sciences in Buddhist and Hindu philosophy, ethics, and mindfulness, integrating these principles into his coaching to foster deeper awareness and growth. He has worked with leaders in tech, finance, healthcare, and the arts across the U.S., Asia, and Europe. He specializes in "parallel creative pathways," a method that enhances creative thinking and decision-making during transitions.

Originally from Santa Barbara, California, Les has supported individuals, teams, multinational organizations, universities, and startups, helping clients make mindful decisions and thrive in increasingly complex environments. He embraces a growth mindset and holds advanced degrees from universities in the U.S., UK, Japan, and Brazil. An ICF-certified Group Coach, Les completed coach training at New York University and frequently leads workshops on leadership and change.
