He has worked with global firms including 3M, DuPont, General Motors, General Electric, Dow, Banque Credit Lyonnais, as well as innovative start-ups in New York and Asia. Specialized in global management and creativity, A US Department of State sponsored Art and Technology Artist, Les is a graduate of University of London, Les has masters degrees from Japan and his PhD from the Faculty of Art, Environment and Technology, Leeds Metropolitan University, UK. Brazil and specialized in Venture Capital, Technology Transfer and Competitive Intelligence during his MBA from California State University.
A New York University certified coach Les is credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). He is a GoldAward Mentor at University of London. Les is Professor of Record for Modern and Contemporary Art History at Renmin University in Beijing and visiting professor of art at Visva Bharati University in India. he has taught on the Cultural Entrepreneurship Masters Program at Peking University in China. In 2020, he was selected by the Presidentially-appointed J. Fulbright commission for the Fulbright Professional and Academic Excellence Award and in 2022 was posted as Senior Scholar in Art and Performance at the Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts in New Delhi, India. Also a Columbia University Research Scholar, he examines the Futures of Creativity in Multinational Organizations.
