The Future of Global Dialogue in Coaching

Building for a better [global] future.

The world has changed in the past 36 months - we have changed the way we work and have accelerated our global connectivity. A result of the Global Pandemic has been and will continue to be:

“the infusion of data-enabled services into ever more aspects of life….We expect digital transformation to be an even bigger imperative for organizations in the short-term future.”

(Harvard Business Review, 2020)

Global Dialogues on Coaching

300 million people are using Zoom every day - it has changed the way we work. ICF members are an active part of a global community and meet via Zoom at the speed of thought.

Building connection

“The challenges facing us globally cannot be resolved by acting only locally and - to address them effectively we have to collaborate also at a global level.”

Building ICF Reach

An inclusive work environment is one in which leaders are vocal about encouraging everyone to share their contributions and, when done well, makes employees feel valued through positive reinforcement and clear outcomes. (Forbes 2019)

“The challenges facing us globally cannot be resolved by acting only locally and - to address them effectively we have to collaborate also at a global level.”
