As an ICF-credentialed coach, my goal is to support ICF especially in its mission to build its global professional community.

Serving ICF Globally

“It is a privilege to serve ICF’s growing global community. I have served in New York as a Membership Ambassador and initiated ICF Global Chapter Connect in 2020 which brings the ICF professional community across borders. In 2021, I co-led the ICF’s Thought Leadership Institute’s Future of Education Series and continue to support ICF in building both professional rigor and its global reach.”

From the CEO of ICF

“… Les quickly made himself so instrumental in growing the awareness and acceptance of professional coaching - being that through chapter involvement in leadership; ICF Global Chapter Connect; or most recently by participating and lending his wisdom and experience to the special convening of ICF's Thought Leadership Institute….

You will find a very well traveled, very well educated and quite connected individual who is also kind, thoughtful and welcoming.

Les looks for new ways of doing things, honoring the past yet looking to the future.
