Engaging Group Coaching

Dr Les Joynes

Certified Group Coach and GoldAward® Mentor

Group coaching is unique because it engages participants on both at the individual and the group levels - where we all work together within a coaching framework. This helps us to better build a coaching mind-set where group members have the opportunity to experience coaching from multiple perspectives.

As we progress through the group coaching process - I also welcome my group members to meet with me individually for one-to-one sessions to work on anything they wish.

Group coaching builds a sense of teamwork that makes the group inclusive. It takes patience as the coach choreographs the emergence of group consciousness.
