Hi, my name is Les. I am an Entrepreneurship and Innovation Coach based in New York.

Today, mentoring and coaching are essential tools to building and evolving successful entrepreneurship ventures.

A trained Entrepreneurship Coach and Mentor, I support founders and leaders in Innovation, technology, healthcare, finance, education, and government. .As a Leadership Coach at Columbia University, I have served executives and leaders from thirty-one countries, Based in the EU, Americas and Asia since 1983 I have served Fortune 500 organizations including GM, 3M, GE, Du Pont, Dow, Bayer and have conducted research on the futures of genetics and genomics and legislative strategies.

Trained in professional coaching at New York University, I am ICF® credentialed by the International Coaching Federation. I received my training in management in the US and Europe with my M.Sc. in Management from Boston University and the Vrije Universiteit Brussels. During my MBA at California State Polytechnic University, I researched technology transfer and parallel learning models for use in advanced technologies. I also trained in creative models for multilateral collaboration and completed degrees in the UK (MA, PhD) and Japan (MA).

I am recipient of the Fulbright Professional and Academic Excellence Award for India (2022), the Japan Ministry of Education (Monbusho) Award for Japan (1997-2001), the Taiwan Ministry of Education Scholarship in Taiwan (2016) and have led Fulbright Hays US Public Diplomacy Awards for Mongolia (2014) and China (2017) and am a GoldAward Mentor trained at University of London.
