I began coaching in 2005 and learned that coaching is a creative and inspiring process for leaders to identify concrete ways forward in their careers and building work-life balance. A Leadership Coach at Columbia Business School in New York I work with leaders in global finance, diplomacy, technology, management consulting, manufacturing, and healthcare. Certified by NYU, I am credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Affiliate of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) at Harvard Medical School.

Trained in management and creativity, I combine left-brain (analytical) and right-brain (creative) thinking to explore out of the box solutions that enhance personal and professional fulfillment within teams, business, careers, cultures and personal life.”

Building on his experience serving Fortune 500 clients including 3M, Du Pont, GE, Dow, General Motors and Bayer Les combines both creative and management skills to coach individuals and teams. Les received his MSc. specialized on global management from ‍Boston ‍University ‍and ‍the ‍Vrije ‍Universiteit ‍Brussels ‍Faculty ‍of ‍Economic ‍and ‍Social ‍Sciences, Belgium; MBA from California ‍State ‍Polytechnic ‍University; MA Fine Art from Goldsmiths, University ‍of ‍London; and ‍Masters in Fine Art, Musashino ‍Art ‍University, Japan. His PhD explored creativity and intercultural collaboration in the Faculty of Art, Environment and Technology, Leeds Metropolitan University, UK and Post-Doctorate from the School of Communications and Arts (ECA), University of São Paulo, Brazil.
